Land’s End is
a narrow piece of land that projects from a coastline into the sea (a
small settlement in west Cornwall has the same name), Land’s End is as
west as you can go within the main English island (not including other
islands in the United Kingdom). Land’s End is situated on the Penwith
peninsula. while standing on the shore of Land’s End there is a group of
rocky islets that can be seen (around 2 km into the sea west of Land’s
End) the groups name is Longships, and each Rock has a name - Cein,
Farkell Carn, Tal-y-maen, Carn Bras, Herly, Plassek, Meinek.
